Sun 12 – 8pm

We are OPEN on New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day. We open early for home Ravens games (9am for 1pm games).

Do you have parking?

Yes and a lot of it! Directly across the street is a large, free parking lot on Sharp St. Also available are the lots on either side of Ostend St. as well as around the corner on Leadenhall St.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, but not on the 2nd floor taproom.

Are you kid friendly?

Yes, but children must be closely attended by an adult at all times.

What are your gluten free options?

All of our beer is treated with an enzyme that reduces gluten below detectable limits. One of our owners, Rob, has a gluten sensitivity, so he has to be able to drink the beer too! Our beer is brewed with barley and some wheat, so cannot be called truly gluten free. We occasionally have cider available.

What are your non-alcoholic alternatives?

We always have something non-alcoholic like fresh pressed apple cider, locally fruited lemonade, fresh pressed local juices, and birch beer.

Do you have food?

We do. There is prepared food available behind the bar at all times, including items like pickles, jerky, Amish cheese plates, smoked salmon, and Cornish game hens. We have a full kitchen available for catering as well.

Do you have private space for events?

We do! The second floor has a private bar and can fit about 150 people comfortably. We have hosted engagements, birthday parties, showers, wedding rehearsal dinners, anniversaries and other fun events. We have also hosted several corporate events, beer pairing dinners and fundraiser events. Please contact denis@checkersptobrewing.com for more information and pricing.
