Eyelash Viper

Eyelash Viper (6.8%). This NEIPA has tropical fruit notes from Citra, Amarillo and Equinox hops. In the soft and juicy style of NEIPAs, but without the chalky haze

Swaen Song

Swaen Song (6%). This German pilsner is a very special collaboration to remember Baltimore Brewing Company/DeGroen’s and the original team. Using 100% Swaen malt (owned by Theo DeGroen, we used traditional Saaz hops with the newer Cashmere hops to honor history as well as the future. The earthy/spicy Saaz blends well with the lemon/lime flavors from Cashmere hops – refreshingly dry finish.

Jean Quad

Jean Quad (10.6%). A Belgian style Quad brewed with dates macerated in Barfly’s special Russell’s Reserve bourbon. Definite dark dried fruit (raisin, date) flavors that will warm your belly!

Zicke Zacke

Zicke Zacke (6%). Malty with notes of caramel, this Oktoberfest is refreshing, but loaded with flavor. Get you ready to party! Zicke Zacke Zicke Zacke Oy Oy Oy!

Wrong Side of the Tracks

Wrong Side of the Tracks (7.2%). A kettle sour with sweet & sour cherries from Baugher’s and wet hopped with Chinook hops from Black Locust Hop Farm.

Beer Pong

Beer Pong (4.9%). A session IPA with notes of strawberry and tropical fruit from Belma & Galaxy hops and no bitterness. Refreshing!

Saison de Fleur: ELDERFLOWER

 

Saison de Fleur: ELDERFLOWER (5.7%) Next in the Fleur/Flower series – Belgian farmhouse Saison style brewed with elderflowers. Very drinkable and approachable for craft beer aficionados and people who enjoy an easy drinking beer.

39Rye-ve

39Rye-ve (4.9% ABV) A Maryland style Amber Rye Ale celebrating the heritage of MD style rye whiskey ingredients. Local Chesapeake Malting 6-row barley with rye for a nice bite and corn to smooth it all out. A refreshing and dry rye finish.

Keeper

NITRO: Keeper (4.7% ABV). Dark chocolate yumminess, this Milk Stout is brewed with Chesapeake Bay blue crab shells from JM Clayton’s in Cambridge, a 5thgeneration crab processor. The crab shells give the beer a roundness and minerality.

First Whisper

ON CASK: First Whisper(5.3% ABV) A traditional British ESB cask conditioned by our very own Cask Whisperer, Steve Marsh. The casks have added locally grown Cascade hops from Bullfrog Farm or English Breakfast tea.

Strongman

Strongman(10.1% ABV). Double digits here with this Belgian Golden Strong, notes of honey and pear. This one can creep up on you!

Locally Delicious

Locally Delicious(5%) – A Kettle Sour brewed with 100% local ingredients. We used 6-row barley from Chesapeake Malting, wheat from Dark Cloud Malthouse, Nugget hops from Bullfrog Farm, and yeast grown by local wrangler, Jasper Yeast. The sour was finished with local peaches and nectarines from Baugher’s and blackberries and blueberries from Caskwhisper Farms.

Juniperus

Juniperus(7.4% ABV). An IPA with dank candy flavors and a hint of pine, brewed with Idaho 7 & Mosaic hops and juniper berries.

Stomping Ground

Stomping Ground (5.4% ABV). A Pale Ale heavily hopped with Experimental hop #07270, a trifecta of dankness, pine and delicate citrus. We’re trying to rename the hop Experimental #21230!

Daydream

Daydream Cream Ale (5.5% abv) – This smooth and refreshing Cream Ale is the beer you can drink all day long sitting in the sunshine with your head in the clouds.

WHAT IS CASK BEER?

The beer is naturally carbonated in the cask using yeast, not force carbonated like normal beer. The result is a smoother, less carbonated and richer flavored beer.
